Aprueba el PROTOCOLO ADICIONAL AL “CONVENIO DE COOPERACION EDUCATIVA ENTRE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA Y LA REPUBLICA DE CUBA” DEL 25 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 1998, RELATIVO AL RECONOCIMIENTO MUTUO DE CERTIFICADOS, TITULOS Y GRADOS ACADEMICOS DE EDUCACION SUPERIOR, suscripto en Buenos Aires el 22 de junio de 2007, que consta de NUEVE (9) artículos, cuya fotocopia autenticada, forma parte de la presente ley.
