Aprueba el Modelo de Convenio de Préstamo para el financiamiento parcial del “PROYECTO DE MEJORAMIENTO DE LA EDUCACION RURAL”, a suscribirse entre la REPUBLICA ARGENTINA y el BANCO INTERNACIONAL DE RECONSTRUCCION Y FOMENTO por un monto equivalente a DOLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES CIENTO CINCUENTA MILLONES (U$S 150.000.000).
