Ratifica el Decreto No. 1/92 de fecha 26 de junio de 1992 sancionado por el Poder Ejecutivo:
"Ratifícase el Decreto No. l/92 de fecha 26 de junio de 1992 sancionado por el Poder Ejecutivo en uso de las facultades conferidas por el artículo 181, inciso 6 de la Constitución Provincial, cuyo texto se transcribe"
